About

Age is but a number for Brooke DiPalma. At fourteen years old, she took a personal tragedy and turned it into something inspirational for thousands of individuals.

Eight years ago, she founded her own non-profit organization, P.S. I Love You Day, Inc. Since then she has spread a message of self-worth and hope by advocating for anti-bullying and suicide prevention. Each year, she coordinates with approximately one-hundred schools across the country to help implement P.S. I Love You Day within their districts. From her experience as the director, she has been able to understand how to manage social media through its Facebook page with over 7,000 likes and its Twitter account with almost 1,000 followers. This movement that she created at a young age has impacted the course of her life. Now, a junior  at Marist College, she continues to lead, inspire, and create change.

Brooke is currently perusing a degree in Communications, dual concentration in Public Relations and Journalism, and minor in Political Science. Her passion to tell the truth and the story of the world around her has taken her to intern at News 12 Long Island, Yahoo! Finance, ABC7 Investigative Unit, and Late Night with Seth Meyers. During the Fall 2016 semester, she took her studies to Florence, Italy. While at Marist, she works as a Poll Assistant at the Marist Institute of Public Opinion. When all is said and done, however, Brooke enjoys nothing more than to be in her natural surroundings-with friends relaxing, worry-free lounging in the sand of Fire Island.
